The discussion about whether or not people can become talents in their own career is a very controversal one. There are peopleon both sides of the argument who have very strong feelings.

These days famous people are described by the press that they have  a talent for their own career and this will lead them to success sooner or later. For instance, Yao Ming is a famous basketball player, he has good feelings of the game and knows how to score by various ways of shooting. With the help of his height and determination, he can easily become the world-class sportsman. What is more, if those people are given the gene by their parents, they can also be talents.

However, many people argue thatany child can be taught to become talented. For example, Beethoven is a typical one among those people. When he was young, his father trained him strictly by forced him to play the piano. This gave a meaningful effectto his life and later he become a famous musician. Furthurmore, hard-working and enthusiasm can ensure yourself to succeed. Teachers also play important roles in life of a child, they can guide the children in right ways so that children will not turn to incorrect directions.

In conclusion, no matter what level you are, hard-working and determination can only support the way to your dream. Actions are more powerful than words. If we keep on working and never give up, our dream will achieve sooner or later.
