To save money and improve service, the two villages recently merged their once separate garbage collection departments into a single department located in Castorville, and the new department has reported few complaints about its service. Last year the library in Polluxton had 20 percent fewer users than during the previous year. It follows that we should now further economize and improve service, as we did with garbage collection, by closing the library in Polluxton and using the library in Castorville to serve both villages."

　　考场环境：上海财大中山北一路校园不算大，从大门口进去朝左前方走五分钟就可以到考场。考场在学生食堂的三楼，门口有挂国际考试中心的牌子不是特别显眼，考场外有寄放东西的柜子和等候的座椅，大概可以一次容纳30人左右。工作人员态度认真和蔼。

　　考试的机房整洁安静，每张桌子之间有很好的隔板，电脑是液晶很清晰，大概是15寸大小。最让我满意的是每个考位都配有一个头箍式隔音耳罩，戴上后隔音效果非常好，根本不存在被别人的键盘声打扰的情况。
