FUBing：hello. it's a great pleasure to be here with you and give you some ideas about our programmes in interpreting/translation in the university of westminster.

网友： Good morning,Ms FUBing.I know you have excellent facilities for students’ practice. But are there always enough places in the practicing room? Do students often need to wait until others finish their practice? Many thanks

FUBing： i don't think so. we have enough well-equipped booths and labs for our students to practise. And we have excellent environment for our Chinese students to mix around with English-A trainees.

网友： Hi Ms FU! Will you please compare your conference interpreting course with Interpreting and translation in Bath University? What do you think is your biggest advantage? Thank you!

FUBing： The students who successfullly finish the MA CIT (Conference Interpreting Techniques) programme will be awarded an AIIC and EU accredited diploma and EMCI (European Master in Conference Interpreting).

网友： Hello! I’m an English major student from Shanghai Normal University, and has IELTS 7.0. I got 7.5 in speaking, 7 in listening, but the writing is 6.0. Is it OK for your conference interpreting techniques? Thank you.

FUBing： I can't see any problem there for you to apply for the programme.

网友： Good morning Sir. I'm from Shanghai International Studies University. Can you briefly describe the employment opportunities about your program? much appreciated!

FUBing： Our programmes are highly practice-based, which in a sense will enhance the learners' employability. Several of our MA CIT graduates are now working freelance with the UN agencies. And they have opportunities to be invited to sit for an EU test in recruiting AIs.

网友： 老师好！请问你们这个专业和Bath的同传相比，有什么不同的地方?
就业前景那个好？

FUBing：西敏的大会同传专业着重点在于国际会议所需的同传和交传技巧，知识涉及面广且与时俱进。通过了期末考试的学员将会被授予大会同传专业机构所认可的证书，意味着通向国际机构的敲门砖；论文通过的话，可获得大会同传专业欧洲硕士。这是我们的专业与众不同的地方。
