关于过桥签证，吃大亏了，提醒大家

　　今天去移民局问入籍的事，结果被告知有一段时间是无签证状态，所以现在从头开始算要再住满4年才能入籍。

　　事情是：

　　2011年3月15学生签证到期前我申请了485,我就有了485过桥签证和学生签证两个签证，

　　1月份我回国，2月份我回到澳洲，4月27号我拿到485,6月24号我拿到了885,

　　现在移民局说我在3月15号到4月27号拿到485的这段时间内没有合法签证，

　　原因是485的bva在我离境之后就自动暂停了，直到3月15号学生签证到期后也是暂停状态

　　所以导致了这段时间内没有合法签证。

　　太坑爹了，我根本不知道485的bva在我还有学生签证的状态下，一离境就暂停了

　　现在开始要等4年了……

　　注明：如果你申请完PR/TR,你收到的bridging visa A的自动回复邮件倒数几行，就有文字明确说明这个问题。

　　大家以后最好仔细阅读DIAC的邮件了!

　　"If the applicant does not obtain a Bridging Visa B while their substantive visa (eg any visitor visa, student visa or temporary residence visa they may hold) is still valid, and they depart and re-enter Australia using their substantive visa, they must apply for a replacement Bridging Visa A on return."
