林晓东：各位无忧雅思的网友，上午好。很高兴再次来到无忧为各位烤鸭分享考试的心得和技巧。
无忧雅思网 ：两位老师好，首先请介绍一下取得雅思高分需要具备哪些条件？谢谢！
林晓东：要冲击雅思高分，最重要一点是要明白雅思考试的目的----考察考生对英语语言的应用，而非死记硬背！所以单纯考词汇语法和“题海战术”是不可能考到高分的。
David Larbalestier：The
only way to achieve a high score in anything, whether the gaokao, or
IELTS is to study very hard, and make sure you are learning more
language. First you have to understand what the exam and the examiner
is looking for. You need to be familioar with the difeferent
requirements of the 4 different tests. Do lots of practice tests for
Listenig and Reading, and then of course lots of practice for Speaking
and Writing. Join a class and get help and advice from a teacher. Then
go hoem and practice hard.
