每个开车的人都知道开车要注意安全，开车要守规矩，比如看见闪灯的警车或消防车要躲让，这个考试之前都培训过，但是还是有人没有弄明白，不理睬闪灯警车的结果就是扣3点罚490元，希望网友不要付出这样的代价才弄清楚这个规矩。

　　按规定，安省2002年起就已经生效的公路交通法(Highway Traffic Act)的第159条写到：在道路行驶中，如果你看到有一辆车灯闪烁的警车，在安全的情况下，你需要更换车道。

　　让人意想不到的是，约克区警方的推特内容显示，4月4日这天，交通警向36名见到紧急车辆未能躲开些的驾驶者开出罚单，每张罚单的金额高达490加元，记违规点数三点。一天之内36名驾驶者被罚，总金额17640加元，这可不是一笔小数目。约克区警方解释说，2013年4月4日(星期四)，约克区警方商业机动车辆安全组人员，在9号公路、Keele街和Stouffville路实施了一次商业车辆安全行动，警员现场执行安省公路交通法第159(2)和159(3)条 。

　　警方说，一天之内这么多罚单被开出，这显示出很多人根本不遵守这个法律。对道路驾驶安全负责、小心驾驶，对驾驶者来说，是非常重要的;同样重要的是，不知法律，不能当作犯法的藉口。那些不遵守道路法规的驾驶者，将被罚款。其实这些被罚款者中还真的有人因为不懂而被罚。

　　网友卡布奇诺就遭遇过这样的经历。她曾经在kennedy & ellsmere路口的右转线上，没注意标志直行了过去，对面是右线终止。所以她变线出去。这时一辆警车在后面闪灯，她不知道是跟她，就没理。当时坐在车内的老公也说没事的，不违章就自己开自己的。

　　尽管如此，因为后面有警车她没敢开太快。结果警察看她没停就鸣笛上来了。这才知道警察就是跟她的。此时她还不知道自己做错了什么，警察告诉她因为右转线她直行了。给开了110元罚单，另外还有一张是她看到警车没停，又是一张490元的，一共600元，罚得人心疼的。后来警察告诉她说15日之内可以提出上诉，有机会减免的。

　　有网友根据经验给出了多伦多几个警察罚款重灾区，列出这些不是为别的，只是提醒大家任何时候别大意：

　　1。kennedy/elesmere西南角，路口北面的最右线地上肯定有“只能右转”的标识，很多人容易忽略;

　　2。midland, 限制速度50，60，一直变，要仔细看。

　　3。brimley由南向北跨越401后下坡路，特容易超速。

　　阿尔伯塔网友温柔乡的经历也是因为不懂规矩被罚，限速100公里的高速路他开101公里被罚了，你可能奇怪，怎么会呢?他的被罚原因估计有很多人不清楚。当时他在高速上从最右线开，没看见有个警察在紧急停车带闪灯停着，等转到最左线，正好看到警车在后面闪灯，心想赶紧退到中线，结果车太多没车让他，好不容易找了个空进去了，警察也上来了，说是“不让emergency车”，罚单开的是101公里/小时，超速。警察说了，高速上见到闪灯的出任务的，最近的那条线只许开60公里/小时，101公里/小时当然是超大发了。 无忧资讯

　　阿尔伯塔这条法律是这么规定的: Motorists driving on the same side of the road and in the lane immediately beside a stopped emergency vehicle or a tow truck with its lights flashing must slow to 60 km/h or less if the posted speed is lower than 60 km/h. Drivers in the other lanes, including those in oncoming lanes, are not required to slow to 60 km/h but should proceed with caution.

　　Failure to obey will result in a fine of $114 to $702."

　　据了解，安省的公路交通法也有相关规定。

　　(2) Upon approaching an emergency vehicle with its lamp producing intermittent flashes of red light or red and blue light that is stopped on a highway, the driver of a vehicle travelling on the same side of the highway shall slow down and proceed with caution, having due regard for traffic on and the conditions of the highway and the weather, to ensure that the driver does not collide with the emergency vehicle or endanger any person outside of the emergency vehicle. 2009, c. 5, s. 49.

　　(3) Upon approaching an emergency vehicle with its lamp producing intermittent flashes of red light or red and blue light that is stopped on a highway with two or more lanes of traffic on the same side of the highway as the side on which the emergency vehicle is stopped, the driver of a vehicle travelling in the same lane that the emergency vehicle is stopped in or in a lane that is adjacent to the emergency vehicle, in addition to slowing down and proceeding with caution as required by subsection (2), shall move into another lane if the movement can be made in safety. 2009, c. 5, s. 49.
